Review:
I started the session without a rinse, directly from the wrapper into the gaiwan without breaking the leaves appart. First steeping was 10 seconds (I like my Oolongs a little stronger)
After the second steeping the cake released all the leaves just like ripe fruits falling from trees. and the soup turned from a light green to a sunny orange color.
Definitely a very fragrent and refreshing Oolong with a strong fruity touch. It reminded me of peaches and oranges (the juice not the peel).
I have bought 10 cakes, after one week i ordered another 20 :-). So i would say that speaks for itself.
I hope you enjoy that tea like i did.
Have a cuppa
