Review:
First of all i have to tell you that I’m not a SHU guy.
My first thoughts:
Oh boy that is one of a smooth tea.
After the 2 rinses I started with a 5 second steepings in my ceramic teapot and I felt absolutely no funkiness nor bitterness just earthy, tree barky, nutmegy notes combing into one really smooth and delicious brew. The soup is amber colored and thick like maple syrup.
After the 10 steeping i gave up on the tea, even though I could have gone on for a bit more.
I would recommend this tea for people who are new in Pu’er or just want an easy drinkable SHU.
Have a good cuppa.
